Dreams:There were three of us then. We were chasing a creature, a monster, that almost got one of us killed. The monster surprised her from the top of a tree and showered her torso with a machine gun. She was dying. Strangely, she seemed to know exactly where to go next. The driver that picked us up was extremely resourceful. His car, big and black, seemed to have been brought from the future. it was alive and it was helping my friend remain alive, at least long enough to help us capture her murderer. Following her directions we reached a dead end. The narrow road we were following reached the river shore hitting the water. This is it, we thought, but the driver got out of the car, examined the shore in front of us, pushed his car here and there, and came back in smiling. "It's as I thought", he said, "the night is hiding the road from us. It is only a few inches underwater. It's narrow and tricky; we can easily drive into the depths of the lake, but I will give it a try". I could see the road now. It was narrow indeed, and it twisted in many times for no apparent reason, perhaps only to help the ones that do not know it well find their way down the bottom of the river. But we were good. Car and driver took us to the other end of the road were we found a rocky mountain and the entrance to a chamber where there was a big pool of stale water and an arrangement of balconies in it's tall tall walls. Our enemies greeted us there. They captured my friends, but they could not fly as I could do, and I engaged in a battle with them that they could not easily win. Their leader, the monster, offered me to negotiate. I agreed, as long as my friends were safe and alive, and treated well.
